James was professional and very helpful by explaining things that I needed to know about the repairs for the appliances. I believe he was honest and truthful with the cost of repairs what parts needed to be replaced and why they needed to be replaced because my situation was a power surge, and he understood the circumstances. I would for sure hire him again. I was very pleased with his work.
