- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
*$180 first session, then package pricing per project. *3 hour minimum per session. *Solution sessions must be paid in full upon completion of first visit. *There is a $60 fee for less than a 72 -hour notice of rescheduling/canceling appointments. *Free donation and hazardous material drop up to 1 car load per session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss your situation, goals, priorities, budget, time frame etc and quickly come up with a plan of attack! We jump right in together to get things moving along; this really allows me to get the "lay of the land" and an idea of your "inventory" as well to organize and zone most efficiently. Pretty soon the space starts to reveal itself and it sets the trajectory for the rest of our projects!
