In the case of Alexander accounting, it should allow you to pick all five of the adjectives to describe how well Christina works. She did a video call with me beforehand because I had concerns about an old tax return I hadn’t filed. Then she met a nearly impossible deadline, this was this year‘s tax return. They were holding my return over an unfiled 2022 return I was sure I was gonna owe money based on what TurboTax was telling me Christina put in all my deductions, and now the IRS owes me more money. So once they go through this 2022 return and my 2025 return now they owe me 10 grand instead of eight. I could speak all day about how great Alexander accounting is and how great Christina is, but no one wants to read a 10 page review. So I’ll end by saying if you have any doubts about filing a return, deductions on a return, assets, liabilities, investments, rental properties, anything contact Alexander accounting and they will get you squared away. Christina is phenomenal. I’m not attaching photos because that’s my damn tax return lol

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Income Tax prices will depend on the forms involved. Simple efiled returns with W2s only begin @$200, federal and state included and go up from there and the fees can be auto deducted from your refund, if you choose.
Discounts are available for students and seniors and referrals.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Remotely - send data thru email, mail, scan, fax, phone, portal, etc.
Will contact once return is complete.
For bookkeeping work, we offer remote access login if applicable to be able to work offsite.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are required to complete 15 hours of continuing education credits each year to in order to stay current on tax laws with the IRS.
Owner is a Certified Payroll Professional thru the American payroll Association.
