- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use standard insurance pricing (xactimate 28) and individual pricing for non-insurance work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process for working with a new customer is to first address the urgency of the call (is this an emergency or can an appointment be scheduled at later date), if this is an emergency a technician is dispatched and onsite within 60 minutes, if not an appointment is scheduled.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
