Joseph Hoffman of Kennedy's carpet cleaning did fantastic work on a hopeless job! I had pet stains I really thought I would need to buy new carpet, but after describing the issues we had, he said he was willing to give it all he's got! And he did. He was communicative, confirmed the appointment, and was on time and finished up quickly. I would hire him again in a heartbeat! Thank you !!
