We're very pleased with the service we received today! 👏 And Jay's coming back, this Spring, to replace our down spouts and install gutter guard ❤️. There were greedy salesmen, who came by this past year, who said we "need new gutters", however, according to Jay, we don't need new ones, so that helps save lots of money! 👏 So we're taking Jay's word ❤️, not those greedy salesmen 😒 Thank you, Jay! ❤️ We'll see you in the Spring 🌷👏🌞😎

Jaydin installed my new OTR microwave. (The big box store I bought it and 5 other major appliances from dumped the microwave in my lap because Forward Final Mile - their hired installers- aren't allowed to simply cut a bolt that was stuck in the old one - which took 3 weeks, 3 trips to my place by 6 clueless installers to deliver that message to me. Stick that in your back pocket for future reference). So I got a hacksaw and cut it myself- 72 y.o. grandma had to do the job 6 grown men couldn't. That was OK because I found Jaydin to do the heavy stuff for me. He is a very nice young man- friendly, responsive, and competent. Completely cleaned up whatever mess got made and took the trash out to the garage. It was a pleasure to have him my home. I wouldn't hesitate to seek out his help again.

I ordered a mattress offline and didn’t realize it was a “threshold only” situation, so I was left with a 150+ lb king mattress sitting in the middle of my driveway 1 day before an expected downpour. Primetime responded less than 10 minutes after my initial inquiry and was at my house within the hour. They were incredibly professional and skilled at tetrising a giant mattress up an impossibly narrow staircase. I will definitely utilize them for any moving services in the future!
