At HDX Home Inspections we offer great customer service as well as full digital reports sent at the completion of your inspection. We are fully insured and provide dozens of photos in every one of our reports. We are based in Southeast Michigan but are willing to travel to several areas to meet your needs. We are affiliated with ASHI and InterNACHI. We are fully insured with proper E&O and general liability coverages. We offer general home inspection services but also do environmental testing such as radon, mold, air and water quality. Ask us about doing a healthy home inspection to make sure your property is safe from airborne contaminants.

Chris was early for appointment which was great. He was Very thorough. He took his time and inspect everything. He was able to catch every little detail which I really appreciate it. And he was able to do a radon test after the appointment was underway. I will definitely use Chris and his company again and I will also be referred him to family and friends. Thank you Chris

Chris was very thorough and gave us full explanations of any repairs that would need to be made to the house; he even gave us approximate costs and detailed the process of how to make some minor repairs ourselves. We felt much more confident as first-time homebuyers with the information he provided us.

I was vry fortunate & grateful to find Chris, even w me almost in tears again bc I have been struggling to get back on my feet & this was the second house that failed due to foundation issues. The previous company I had used not only tried to charge me more for another house inspection, they finished their inspection in 30min once they saw obvious foundation issues & charged me $100 more than Chris who found foundation issues as well but these were hidden better. But he didnt stop there, he spent 2hrs looking at the entire house w/ great detail then 30min talking me thru the house of what he felt were & may become bigger issues Both owners knew about the foundation issues but disclosures are just as honest as the people writing them so thank god for inspectors like Chris. He is very honest & goes the extra mile of educating a home owner as he reviews the entire house with you. With the other inspection I was mad & felt I threw money away, Im not happy I had to pay for another inspection but this time felt confident pulling the offer & know Chris saved me from a nightmare.
