I had scheduled a sprinkler blowout I took off work they never showed up to do the work and a few weeks later I received an invoice for $95 stating they had done the work.

As stated with you when scheduling your appointment, we do not use the thumbtack calendar, and we would reach out via telephone to schedule an appointment. We did schedule the appointment and completed the winterization on 11/5/2024. I am sorry for any confusion that may have incurred.
