- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my pricing is fair price for quality work I don't cut corners I am proud of my company and the reputation we created I'm not cheapest and not the most expensive but I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for and in my experience the quote " Good things ain't cheap n cheap things ain't good" has held up
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm a very detailed plan on how the project will be preformed start to finish with a deadline I like to communicate with customer everyday and give a little update with progress and or set backs but communication is key to all projects
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
my education and experience are vast. I have a real understanding on how things work. I have been in home trades 25 years and there is no training like on the job working with your had experience
