Derek did a great job being flexible and responded very quickly. He was able to diagnose what ended up being a bad garbage disposal outlet (requiring an electrician) and still decided to tighten up a leaky unit while he was out there. 10/10

Derek was straightforward, efficient, and honest. He knew what needed to be done from my description of the problem, and had the parts with him. He suspected another problem from listening to the machine and quoted a repair price that I agreed to. Once he had the machine disassembled, he saw that the additional parts were not needed, told me and adjusted the machine alignment instead without charging extra. A very good experience overall.
