Peter responded to my request within 1/2 hour. He picked up my iPad that afternoon and returned it the next afternoon. I needed a replacement of my IPad screen, updated my software. The quote was very fare in contrast to buying a new iPad. Apple suggested buying a new IPad. Repair would be too expensive. Peter is professional, wore a mask, very up front.
