One of the most memorable, and quotable lines from that song is "there's a war going on outside, no man is safe from...", well it is many years later and there are many wars being fought internally and externally. At Detroit Fit Club, we are fighting a war on high blood pressure, diabetes, cancer, obesity, laziness and everything preventing you from living the best life you can! Our mission: Make Detroit the healthiest place in America.

Passionate. Knowledgeable. Dependable. Dedicated. Those are the words I use to describe my experience with Ron of Detroit Fit Club. I attended several workouts/trainings with him and he is very passionate about helping others achieve their weight loss and fitness goals. He has read up on health issues and sends emails to those interested and he has received certifications to aid in his quest for health. I was impressed immediately by the energy he displayed during the class and the concern for the safety and well-being of all in attendance. There were times when Ron could have cancelled or re-scheduled class due to low turnout but because of his dedication to those of us who he knew was coming, he still held classes. I recommend Ron & Detroit Fit Club for anyone who is serious about improving their health and lifestyle through hard work and commitment to self. I even recommend him for those who aren't that serious yet. He's a great coach, great guy and he'll do what he can to help motivate you and keep you headed in the right direction.

From my first encounter with Coach Ron, his compassion for the health of his clients was very evident. He has a wide-range of his knowledge in the realm of fitness and nutrition. When I first began training with him, we discussed my goal of running a half marathon and he designed a fitness and nutrition plan that was effective in helping me reach that milestone. He diligently checked in with me along the way to make sure that I was staying on task. He provided me and his other clients with the emotional support and the tools to reach our objectives. He is effective because he listens to his clients specific needs, thoughtfully assesses their physical abilities and perceived limitations and he helps them remove their own mental barriers so they may finally believe they can achieve their desired goals. He did it for me and my family and I know that he will do it for you! I am very blessed to have worked with Coach Ron!

Ron has inspired me to make living a healthy lifestyle a #1 priority. He has a persistent yet accepting style. As a fitness coach, he uses his energy and positive attitude to inspire hard work. Ron's commitment to working hard on his personal goals inspires me to work harder at my own.

Motivating, challenging and willing to help you attain your fitness goals. I've worked with Ron in both small group training and one on one. I appreciate him willingness to train hard and push me as as client to but also tell me to pace myself so I wouldnt hurt myself. If you require modifications he's willing to assist clients and all fitness levels and but also giv e you that extra push when necessary. I can't is not an option.

Ron has been my coach during my Insanity sessions and every workout has been great! He works with you but most of all pushes you to go the limit. I would recommend anyone trying to get fit, to hire Ron as their personal trainer.

    Most commonly I empower clients to take control of their health. I provide personal training, small group personal training, coaching, and offer group classes in private fitness studio.

    When you are looking for a personal trainer it is important to that they understand that all people are different and all bodies cannot do the same things. Look for someone that will design a program that works best for you.
