- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our pricing is competitive, we will not be the cheapest and we will also not be the most expensive. Our Cleaning Techs are professionals and have years of cleaning experience. Our pricing reflects the cleaning professionals that we refer to your home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Once the customers order has been placed we will assign one of our Cleaning Technicians to your home. Our customers will receive an email 3 days prior to remind them of their upcoming cleaning. Our customers will receive an email the night before their cleaning as a reminder to make sure there are no issues and to confirm if need to reschedule Customer will then receive a email the day of cleaning as well. We will then follow up once the service as been completed for any details regarding the service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We have over 10 years of cleaning experience.
