Jackie was very professional and kind and did a great job of coordinating on very short notice over the weekend. The movers, Jason and Josh were on-time and extremely professional and courteous.

This company did a great job with our move! The communication was top notch and Jason and Arsenio were a super team to work with along with Jackie from their office to make sure all questions were answered!
Details: 2 bedroom home • Less than 5 miles • Furniture assembly and disassembly • Load flat; no stairs or elevator • Unload via passenger elevator

I wanted to give them 5 stars because they worked very hard and I did have a lot of stuff. One of the guys was Jeff but I'm sorry I can't remember the I the other man's name. They wrapped everything up and were very careful. They were friendly and professional. The problems were there wasn't enough room on the truck for all my stuff so they had to use my sisters SUV. They took something that was supposed to be left there so we had to take it back. Also left the shrink wrap on some of my furniture so I had to cut it off. But I would recommend them as it was mostly a positive experience and the price was very good for all the work they did.

I just let Megan know, that when she reached out to us on Thumbtack, we are automatically charged. On numerous occasions, I called Megan, left voicemail, texted, and did everything that I was supposed to do as a business. She decided to give us a 1star review because of her lack of responsiveness. That’s not cool!!!

I rarely if ever write reviews, but believe it's important to support small businesses, and Jackie and JeffStar went above and beyond. I called Jackie in a panic for a last-minute move of several large furniture items (including a 250-pound+ pharmacy cabinet) after several larger franchise and local companies said they were booked solid. She very graciously fit me into their already busy schedule. After booking, she was in constant contact regarding when the crew could show up (I was flexible with time) and they arrived ahead of schedule. Nathaniel, Isaac, AJ and Demetrius were polite and personable and didn't waste time like some companies do -- they moved quickly while still taking care with the furniture. Had I known about this company prior, we would have used them for our full house move a month earlier. I would highly recommend JeffStar, and wish the company luck in growing its business.
