I worked with him before did a great job, rehabing my property. Then, we communicated continuesly about another project, and then the owner Leroy flaked. Numbers and emails constantly changing, no call backs...this is becoming typical in this industry 😑. Very disconcerting, wish mire companies in the city would have better professionalism. Honestly, just a heads up for anyone who decides to do future business with this organization.

The owner was very prompt and actively engaged throughout the project. The workers were clean and very respectful as well. I'd definitely use Rehab Central again.

SCAM! Beware. Should have read reviews. All 5 star reviews are from people that work for Leroy. He claimed to be a property manager and took 2 months of rent from our tenants and gave us fraudulent invoices for repairs. Never replies to emails or calls. Completely disappeared. NOT LICENSED. Will demand a huge deposit for “work” he claims needs to be done but it’s all part of his scam. He’s a smooth talker. DO NOT HIRE. He will reply with lies. You can't even find his website anymore. He will change his name.

I am very pleased that I found this company! From the first time I contacted Mr. William's he has been beyond responsive answering my calls, emails, etc. His company swiftly took over the remainder of my rehab and has worked diligently at getting it done to place a tenant. This is the type of company that I was looking for and glad that I found property rehab central!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing, in keeping with the market in the area, while simultaneously doing excellent management work specifically targeting Detroit residents and the specific talent that it takes to satisfy both the owner and any and all tenants.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. First we like to get a good understanding of what the client needs are as we ll as their goals. This allows our team to hone in on those areas first.
2. Next we make sure our clients understand what we bring to the table in terms of managing their properties. We want our clients to know that we stand out from the competition in key areas such as: Response time to inquiries from customers, cost of maintenance and frequency of maintenance orders, ability to collect rents from difficult tenants.
3. Lastly we assure our customers that we are working around the clock on their behalf. Our client's success is our success.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team consists of a team with over 20 years of Property Management experience. Property maintenance and home improvement was the family business for over 70 years. Our staff is composed of native Detroiter's who understand the City and its people very well. This gives us a keen insight into managing properties in this unique environment.
