Roy McCloud performed the wedding ceremony for my daughter and her husband. The wedding took place at Meadow Brook in Rochester, MI. The ceremony was about 25 mins. in length.
What impressed me the most, about Roy, was that he went above and beyond and handled a very challenging situation with ease.
My daughter was so nervous that she could not walk down the aisle as in traditional form. This was a last minute situation that caught everyone off guard. Roy kept everyone calm, and took control of the situation. He made the ceremony happen in an open circle of family and friends in the garden. We all just stood around in a circle and witnessed the wedding. No one knew what really went on. Roy just made it work without drawing any attention to the true situation. He really worked a miracle...on the spot. My daughter relaxed and enjoyed the ceremony.
Roy was on time, and he performed a fabulous ceremony. He also did the blessing before our meal.
I am so glad he was the one who officiated.
Roy was and is still awesome. I really believe he had God smiling down on all of us that day. :)

Roy officiated my wedding at the Townsend in Birmingham, Michigan. He was on time, prepared, organized, and professional. The ceremony was personal as Roy gave spiritual advice as well as prayers and praise.
I would not ask Roy to change a thing. My ceremony and experience with having Roy officiate my wedding was perfect. Thank you Roy!

Roy was the celebrant at my wedding in 1999. He was excellent. He was witty, charming, and very personable in his address during the service. He was extremely professional in his preparation for the event, meeting with us to plan out the service and being very agreeable to the service reflecting our wishes and views rather than him interjecting his own. He did offer some very positive suggestions that we hadn't considered; these suggestions helped make the outdoor event run much more smoothly. I would strongly recommend Roy McCloud to officiate any type of family service. You wouldn't find a better, more gracious and professional celebrant.
