Residential Appraisals only with Over 30 years experience. Don't be fooled by other appraisers as most have just recently been licensed and don't have the experience. I am Certified residential appraiser. I cover the entire counties of Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, St Clair and Livingston. I do not do MOBILE Homes as this is not Real Estate. I am also a Loan Originator for Mortgages and a Realtor. I have done thousands of appraisals for banks, lenders, private individuals for divorce, estates, marketing and general reasons. I am also one of the few appraisers around with professional court testimony experience. I also help people buy and sell their homes as I give expert advice and help that you can't get from a typical part time Realtor.
