I was referred to PFM Construction by a helpful coworker after mentioning I needed some (read: lots) of work done on a new home I purchased. This coworker had a bathroom renovated and loved the service so much they called back to get their second bathroom done as well. Even though I called at 7pm when I was home from work my call was answered right away and I had an appointment for an estimate just a few days later. They were very flexible so there was virtually no inconvenience in scheduling. I then had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Walter, for the first time when he came out to do the estimate on my home. It seems most contractors just scribble down what you tell them and come back with a quote. With Walter and PFM it was nothing like that, he walked the house with me and we actually pitched ideas back and forth on the best way to do what I wanted. Clearly he is someone who has a passion for what he does and this is evident in every conversation with him. I ended up going with nearly all the recommendations he made as they gave me a clear idea of what to expect from the end product. After meeting with quite a few other contractors I felt strongly that I needed to go with PFM. After agreeing to the quote, work began relatively quickly and Walter and his crew arrived on time exactly when they said they would each day and kept me apprised of the timeline when I could expect certain milestones to be met. They were all very professional, neat, skilled and above all hardworking. In the end my home looked like an entirely different place and was the overall feel was improved immensely. My family and friends have all admired the work I had done in my kitchen and are envious of the full bar installed in my front room. The quality of the work is solid, I will be recommending PFM Construction to everyone I can and will return to them the next time I have a project to take on.

They are very professional and stick to their prepared schedules. All workers are polite and very clean. I can't say enough about this company. They are the best.

Everything went well going through PFM. I had a roof, finished basement, kitchen and main bathroom redone by Walter, he is easy to talk to - understood just what I needed and wanted. Always accommodated meeting up with me when I asked. I am 150% so satisfied with his work. I love using my new things now and will always go with PFM - for quality and peace of mind.
