- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have standard pricing for standard services, but I am always willing to work within your budget if possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk on the phone, maybe a few texts, to discuss the project and to let the customer feel comfortable. Come out and see the project, meet the customer and discuss the exact details. Set a start date and determine the length of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self taught mostly. Although I have worked in the construction feild for 28 years. I learned by doing.
