Availability
Our work hours are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday with some Saturday appointments available. They are often available for service calls the same day.
Service Calls versus Estimates
Some estimates can be generally given over the phone. Most estimates are given at the customer's home or business after an electrician from AEG Electric has taken the time to look at all of the aspects of the job: ceiling height, distance to panel, etc. A quote for a small job can be discussed immediately. A quote for a larger job may take a few days if parts/pricing need to be looked up. A service call cannot be estimated. Service calls are for problems occurring in the home. An electrician cannot give a quote for a problem. These service calls are based on an hourly service rate plus parts.
