I have used Steve's help twice for my garage door, once for an installation and once for a roller issue. Both times I have had an excellent experience. He was responsive, very professional, charged a reasonable fee and did the job quickly.

I recently had my garage door maintenance tune-up with Steven, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. Steven’s customer service was outstanding—he was incredibly responsive, answering all my questions promptly and clearly. The quality of his work speaks for itself—my garage is now running smoothly, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

What stood out the most was his professionalism and attention to detail. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and made sure I was fully informed. The response time was impressive as well; he was quick to schedule and showed up exactly when he said he would.

If you’re looking for a reliable, efficient, and knowledgeable professional for garage services, I highly recommend Steven!

All around, a great experience with Shalaans Door!
Steve responded to my request for service within minutes of it being submitted. The day of my appointment he called within the time frame of the appointment to let me know he was on the way and approximately when he would arrive. He fixed my garage door, made some adjustments and explained to me what he had done. He showed me what to do to maintain the garage door and even pointed out an issue with my garage roof I hadn’t noticed. The price was also very reasonable. Steve was professional and nice too!
He is the kind of repairman you share with all your friends because he’s legit good!
