I love how The Bluee Royal came and deep cleaned my apartment, it was sooo spotless and smelled amazing! I’m inloveeeee 10/10 highly recommend , she was so punctual and respectful and her communication is outstanding !!

They were punctual and polite but I did not receive a deep cleaning. I am very upset with this cleaning. This is the first time I’ve hired a cleaning service and to spend $180 with only parts of my house cleaned is very unsatisfactory. I paid for a deep cleaning but I did not receive a deep cleaning. I walked them through the house explaining I expected everything to be swept and mopped, even pointed out problem areas. They did not clean the toilet but cleaned the bathtub? There was still dirt and debris under the tub (I have a bear claw Tub that sits off the floor). They did not clean the freezer but cleaned the fridge/stove. They did not do a good job of sweeping the kitchen out, trash still under my table. I’m not even sure what they did to the living room? The tables in my living room were still dirty and the floor was a still sticky. Im not sure they did anything in my bedroom? The floor had the same stain as before. The hallway closet wasn’t even touched. I was upset and had to text them and ask why the toilet was still dirty when I paid for a deep cleaning? She offered to come back the next day but I have doctor appointments coming up and a vacation to pack for!! The cleaning should have been done during the scheduled time.

It’s very unfortunate that you’re not satisfied with the work. You were asked before the cleaners left were you satisfied with the cleaning and you respond yes. It was also offered to fix the issues, you said no. It’s was offered to come back tomorrow morning, you said no. It was even offered to refund you a portion of your money back and you didn’t respond. Unfortunately it’s not much more that can be offer if your not willing to work with the cleaner.
