Kyiesha K. says, "communication is horrible- the initial meeting went well, I was given information on what to expect and hired this company. there was no follow-up to schedule the work as I was told there would be. my family and I was on vacation when I received a call some folks were working on my porch. I reached out to find out why no one contacted me. After reaching the project manager he said he'd have to call me back the next day - he called me after the job was done and still rushed me off the phone and never had time to address my concerns. He consistently had to 'call me back' or discuss on a later date. I understand a company needing to use your electricity but I shouldn't have to provide an extension cord (which i did) nor do I expect materials i purchased to be used (which they were). The actual work was done well from the pictures I received but the experience is not one I would ever want again. Very unprofessional!!
UPDATE: Jacob did reach back out and was very apologetic about the miscommunications that led to the above. He offered options to resolve the issues and we were able to come to a quick resolution. As i said before the quality of the work is good and I appreciated the follow up and follow through."See more
