Cesar is excellent! His work quality is of a superior rating and he is a humble and consummate professional. Cesar is highly responsive and goes out of his way in providing excellent value and customer service. Punctuality is not an issue. We made an excellent choice having Cesar as our handyman. Handyman is an unfair label to put on Cesar. He is a degreed engineer and a highly skilled construction tradesman.
