Did and awesome job, got here earlier than expected, and over all did a good job. One thing that stopped the 5 star rating was the clean up, grass was left on side walk and all in street after cut. But other than that awsomehob. Thank you.

This service was for a rental property that I own in Detroit. My tenant had requested this service from the property manager for over 2 weeks with no response or communication with me as the owner. The recent constant rain storms with clogged gutter caused the water to enter the home which was most distressing. I am grateful to Thumbtack and to Gold Glove Multi Service for their quick response & affordable price. When I finally got my property mgr on the phone they were surprised that their contractor had dropped the ball. When I told them what Gold Glove charged their comment was “wow that is a good price!” I thought do too.

Malik is personable and even keel which makes a stressful situation seem okay. The job was completed within a quick time frame although attention to detail by his workers could be improved. In the future, I would take responsibility for supervising on site to ensure my level of satisfaction. Overall, good but better if home owner can overlook the work.
