- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will not always be the cheapest option but I always strive to be the best one. I am not above referring a potential customer to someone who is more experienced in a certain area or whom may be more equipped to handle a situation. repeat customers are taken care of when it comes to labor and freebies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
first I will introduce myself, then I would like to schedule a time to come and and survey the project. Lastly I will generate a quote at which we both decide if you would like for me to continue with the job.
