Shane called moments after I place a request for a boiler repair contractor. He provide good information and asked for a picture of the boiler and zone so he could quote accurately.
He called back when he said he would. He arrived when he said he would. He charged what he said he would. This gets a BIG thumbs up from me!
He was informative and let me ask him all sorts of questions to understand how the boiler works. I would definitely recommend him!
