FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer hourly/daily handyman work, as well as estimates for jobs that last more than 3 days. When providing an estimate, we may charge an estimate fee (If a fee is applied, we would let the customer know about it immediately). It covers our costs of travel, as well as the extensive effort, time and detail that we put into our estimates. We appreciate our customers, and to demonstrate our appreciation: if a potential client chooses to accept our estimate, they will be refunded any Estimate Fees they paid associated with the job. The refunded amount will be given as deduction from the total cost of the job. It will be shown as a discount or prepayment on the estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed electrical occupations training at TBA-CTC, and the Michigan's Residential Builder's Prelicensure Course. I have extensive experience in home construction: drywall, painting, carpentry, siding, doors/windows, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, landscaping, floor and wall tile, wall paneling, hardwood flooring, LVP flooring, and more.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up working in my grandfather's HVAC business. Being mechanically inclined and attentive to detail, I developed an interest in other home services. I learning various trades on the job and attended formal training/education in electrical and construction trades. I was always an asset to my employers, but decided to use my skills to start my own business. I enjoy doing full remodels and extensive projects.
