- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy meeting my customers face to face and LISTENING to them. Communication is key, you can always call me anytime of day. What do they need done? What are their expectations? What deadlines exist? Then I like to explain the process of what was said needs to be done to make their vision a reality. The purpose of my business is to get and keep customers. I commit wholeheartedly to the project at hand and always finish it to the end.
