- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide standard fixed pricing per month, no quarterly fees and a fee at year end for W2's / 1099's.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I take a personal approach to working with my clients. Most of my clients are small companies looking to get away from the poor experiences they had with the larger payroll providers. My clients work with me directly as I process payrolls same day. I handle the majority of their issues if any same day. My clients have full access to all their data and tax returns. All information is accessible securely via the web. All employees are paid through direct deposit or a debit card.

Quick Bio: BS in Accounting from St. Louis University. District Sales Manager for Paychex for 8 years and Vice President of Sales and Customer Service for Ceridian for 4 years.
