I have worked with a couple attorneys in the past and now that i have worked with Dee (as she prefers to be called) I will never work with another attorney again. Dee will be called for any future needs that might ever come up again for my family. Dee has a caring and compassionate nature and is very forthcoming, you know that your well-being is what matters to her. I have called upon Dee twice now for attorney services. The first time was after my mother had passed away. I have 2 brothers and the middle brother was put in charge of my mothers estate. Shouldn't be something you would need a attorney for, but in my case the brother that was in charge of the estate was negligent in his duties. After 2 yrs of my mothers passing the house contents still hadn't been inventoried, cleaned out, repairs done, or house put on the market. My brother had lied to my other brother and I and told us there was no loan on the house (when actually there was a loan), he had managed to make a huge mess of things. The property was going to be auctioned off within 48 hrs and Dee helped me to prevent that from happening. The next time that i called upon Dee was when i sustained a injury at a local business. At that time Dee helped me to get a settlement from that business in a timely matter. It was a crazy once in a lifetime injury and the company didn't want to reimburse me for my medical expenses but in the accident report they admitted culpability. Dee yet again handled everything, giving me sound advice, listened to everything I said and always made sure i knew exactly where I stood. She got me a settlement with this business in a timely fashion that i was very happy with. I recommend her to anyone I know. When you call her you will not regret it!!!!!
Working in the legal field can be rather challenging at times. Needless to say, having a firm grasp on the law and knowing how to apply it to ones case can mean all the difference between winning your war or getting less than you deserve. Having had the pleasure of working with this firm in both a personal and professional capacity, I would have to say that this firm goes out of it's way to accommodate it's clients no matter how great or small the issue may be. Whatever situation you might be facing, I would advise you to take it serious & seek advice from these folks. A poor choice of attorneys can lead to years of regret!. So give them a call, I think you'll agree with me once speak with them. Hope this helps those who read this. Sincerely, a grateful individual
Everyone at the office is very friendly. The attorney is thorough and makes sure I know what is happening every step of the way. I highly recommend this attorney.
James Frazier gave me some exceptional insights about my father's will. James was knowledgeable about probate, trusts, wills, and creditors. Having help navigating those complex issues was exceptionally valuable to me during a difficult time in my life. I would recommend him for estate planning any day of the week!
The work performed by Terry Hiller was for my bankruptcy filing. It lasted 3-4 months, exactly what Terry indicated to me (approx. 1 month for my prep (document gathering, etc.) and 3 months for the filing to go through. He knew what was needed for the filing. Terry was very straight forward with me. Just being honest with me is what I liked about Terry.
David handled my bankruptcy case. We met several times to go over everything. He worked with me to meet when I was able to. Once I got all my documents to him my case was filed quickly, and he always let me know what was going on in my case. He explained everything to me so I knew what to expects.
I recommend The Smith Law Offices. She worked with me being on Social Security and kept her retainer low and has let me pay her off in 2 installments instead of demanding all the money before filing papers. The Friend of the Court is no longer double dipping me and I no longer have to visit food banks just to get by. I will be using her services next year when I can afford to file for bankruptcy because my health insurance provider denied me a $17,000 surgery 3 months after I had it. Samantha has responded to all of emails with in a couple minutes even on weekends. Thanks Samantha and Sarah
The experience getting my bankruptcy started with Maxwell Dunn Law has been great. My employer was notified as soon as I filed to stop deducting garnishments. The staff was nice and professional during each meeting.
