Matthew unraveled a really gnarly hacking problem I experienced, one that prevented me from even logging on to my own computer. During the process, he kept me informed of his progress and of his next steps, as well as his anticipated completion time. I was so happy they could accommodate my quick turn around. We were happy that the quote remained the same and the team was nice. The job was finished in a day which was excellent. However, the clean up by the painter left drops of paint on our new floor downstairs, new laundry sink and our freshly stained deck. Otherwise pleased with service.
