Workers were very courteous, respectful, and worked hard. I was amazed at how steadily they worked. Well worth the expense. My only suggestion would be: improve communications, confirm appointments, etc. I wasn't sure they were going to show up at the appointed time and day. They did, of course, and everything was fine. But it was hard to break through Thumbtack's ads to get in touch with the moving pros themselves.
