- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is by hour with a 2 hour minimum. Included in that price is a simple overlay, one song of choice, a booth attendant, and setup/breakdown. There are upgrade options such as premium overlays, multiple song choices, fog machine, bubble gun, and a prop box. Depending on location of event there may also be a travel fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically when a new customer contacts me, I send out an event questionnaire to see what their event vision is. Questions such as time, date, location (indoor or outdoor), theme, etc. I also send over a 360 Generations contract for overview. Once the basics are covered we begin to talk video design and payment.
