We were out of town last week when we hired them. We left them a code to get into our house while away, and they preformed equipment replacements bringing everything back online, it was effortless. We like to meet our clients either by phone or in person. If the work is significant, we prefer to visit in person to discuss the scope of the work to be performed. This allows us to give a more accurate estimate, rather than just giving out a blanket amount which may not benefit our client.
