Reponded quickly. Completed the job in one day. Area cleaned looks great. They handled all communication with the insurance company. Would use again if needed. Their motto says it well.

I had an amazing experience with Great Lakes Disaster and Restoration! From start to finish, their team was incredibly responsive, professional, and genuinely cared about getting everything done right. They communicated clearly throughout the entire process, showed up when they said they would, and handled everything with such efficiency and attention to detail.

The quality of their work was absolutely beautiful—what they were able to restore and transform truly exceeded my expectations. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it shows in the final result.

It’s not always easy finding a company you can fully trust, but they made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I’m beyond satisfied and will definitely be working with them again very soon. Highly recommend to anyone needing reliable, top-tier restoration services!

Had some water removal that needed to be done in my bathroom from a broken shower line. Luke and Aleks showed up fast and had it all cleaned up in no time.
