FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most plumbing looks the same on the surface, but every job is a little different. To give an accurate price, we need to take a look at the issue first. We charge a $99 service fee to come out, diagnose the problem, and provide a written estimate, that fee is waived if you approve the work the same day. We keep pricing fair and transparent, and we also offer veteran, first responder, law enforcement, and senior discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by listening to your issue and gathering a few details so we understand what’s going on. Then we come out for a $99 diagnostic visit, where we inspect the problem and explain exactly what’s needed. You’ll receive clear, upfront pricing with options, and if you approve the work the same day, the service fee is waived. Once approved, we complete the repair immediately (our trucks are fully stocked), test everything, clean up the work area, and walk you through what was done. We finish by sending a digital invoice and offering ongoing support if you ever need us again.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are fully licensed plumbers with years of hands‑on training in residential and commercial plumbing. We have completed state‑approved apprenticeship programs, ongoing manufacturer training (water heaters, fixtures, and equipment), and stay up to date with Michigan plumbing codes and safety standards. We continuously train on diagnostics, leak detection, drain clearing, and repair methods to ensure every job is done safely, correctly, and to code.
