FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system all depends on what all my clients need from me to give them their perfect day celebrating the event with their family and friends.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I talk to my potential client over the phone getting an idea of what their vision is for their event, I then meet with them in person. I bring samples of the centerpieces they described and we talk more in depth of their vision of the event they are planning and how I can help them bring that vision to life.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My work in the law firm helped me to obtain the city permits the hotel the event was being held at failed to do prior to the day of the event. I had a few hours to secure the permits from the City of Detroit's Building Department and the Fire Marshall. Without these permits the event would not had been allowed to proceed. To add to the obstacles in front me it was Opening Day for the Tigers and all inspectors were out in the city approving other temporary structures for safety that had permits pulled months ahead of time. I was able to get both permits with patience and persistence for my clients. My skills with decorating and creating centerpieces come from years of doing family parties.
