I provide plan work for Residential New Construction, Residential Additions and Remodeling projects. Plans for Small / Specialty Commercial Projects also available. Direct Consultant with State of Michigan Licensed Architect and also Professional Engineer as needed. Signed and Sealed Plans are available when required. I am also a licensed builder. Majority of projects are billed with a flat rate to complete your project. I have over 20 years of architectural plan work experience, I am detail oriented and can provide plans with accuracy and within accelerated time frames when needed.
