I provide plan work for Residential New Construction, Residential Additions and Remodeling projects. Plans for Small / Specialty Commercial Projects also available. Direct Consultant with State of Michigan Licensed Architect and also Professional Engineer as needed. Signed and Sealed Plans are available when required. I am also a licensed builder. Majority of projects are billed with a flat rate to complete your project. I have over 20 years of architectural plan work experience, I am detail oriented and can provide plans with accuracy and within accelerated time frames when needed. I am currently working with MB Drafting for the second time. We like Mike’s work because he is able to exactly translate our sometimes vague concepts into finished designs that perfectly match what we were going for. And the cost is very reasonable.
