Introduction: I provide plan work for Residential New Construction, Residential Additions and Remodeling projects. Plans for Small / Specialty Commercial Projects also available. Direct Consultant with State of Michigan Licensed Architect and also Professional Engineer as needed. Signed and Sealed Plans are available when required. I am also a licensed builder. Majority of projects are billed with a flat rate to complete your project. I have over 20 years of architectural plan work experience, I am detail oriented and can provide plans with accuracy and within accelerated time frames when needed. Mike is the best guy that I know on the architecture field (he’s also a great guy in general) I had to put an addition on my house and Mike came out right away after I contacted him He took his measurements and start working on the project After a few days he send some amazing prints I was very happy with the results The layout was great he took advantage of every square inch in the house Very very happy I definitely recommend him
