Janice Mathes

Introduction: I have worked in the restaurant/country club field for over 30 years. I received my culinary associate degree in 1999. Throughout my career, I have gained much experience in all facets of cooking and love to share my knowledge with people who are as passionate as I am about food. I am very passionate about cooking and have enjoyed working in many different food-oriented environments. I really love sharing my knowledge of not only cooking methods but food safety as well. When one possesses knowledge of cooking methods, the sky is the limit as far as your imagination can take you.
