I got a call from your office and they offered to set up just a consultation appt. and that too was a date 3 weeks away. When i asked if the project would then be much more later if i decided to go with you, i got no clear answer. I am keen on immediately proceeding with this project and did not get the sense that my requirement could be accommodated, so i declined to have consultation. Thanks for calling.

I'm sorry that we could not be more clear on scheduling but sense there was no contact signed and do to us being so busy it would not have been fair to give you a awnser with out knowing the details of your project.
