Compared to others in the area, they gave the best price. Their work was clean and efficient. My only gripes are there were lapses in communication at times, and when you as the paying customer want clarification on the work performed, you get ignored and they continue the job anyway. They will do it their way and not listen to you. Your job will be done fine, just don’t expect them to care about what you want or say while they are working. They get the job done and move on. If I’m paying thousands of dollars for a job, I want to communicate with the workers, I want my concerns to be heard and to understand why they are not an issue or what actions will be done to rectify them. Instead, I was ignored. If it was not for that, I would give them 5 stars. Work was great, team was efficient. We’re pleased with the outcome.

I had several contractors come out to quote work and went with Bull Fence because they were the cheapest. Only to find out when I had to go to the Township to pull my own permit that the fencing company was not planning on completing one entire side of my yard. There was no contract signed, but the deposit paid and I had told this company I still needed HOA approval. The company stated they ordered supplies even without a signed contract and me stating I still needed HOA approval. Furthermore, when they sent the link to pay, everything was in Spanish, which I also notified them in writing I was unable to read.
They not want thousands of dollars more to complete the work, making the other contractor’s bids more affordable. Now refusing to return my deposit and making me jump through hoops with Thumbtack and my credit card. I will update my review if they choose to return my deposit in full. Otherwise, I think this review is necessary before someone else ends up losing thousands of dollars.

After the deposit was received, materials were ordered and paid for specifically for your project. Those funds are no longer being held by Bull Fence. We are currently working with our supplier to determine whether the materials can be returned and whether they will issue a full or partial refund. Until we receive confirmation from the supplier, we cannot responsibly issue a refund for funds that have already been used toward your project, nor can Bull Fence reasonably be expected to personally absorb those material costs. We are actively working on this and will communicate the supplier’s response as soon as we receive it. Our goal remains to resolve this fairly and professionally for everyone involved.
