FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
A. Look for certification. Make sure you're working with a qualified, certified personal trainer Are you getting personal attention and a workout made for you? Your workouts should be personalized to your goals and life, not a cookie cutter workout that the trainer uses for every person he/she trains If a trainer starts pushing supplements, run as fast as you can. A good, reputable trainer's only agenda should be helping you reach your goals, not selling you products you don't need.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
It is a very rewarding profession, but is also very demanding. It's not just going to train a client but learning about them and creating a program built to suit their needs. I have to be available when my clients are, working with, and around, their schedules. Some days start as early as 4:30am and are not finished until 10pm. I love it all!
