I just bought a new house, all windows needed blinds. I reached out to Xavier and he came out the same day but unfortunately had to come back to put some of the blinds up due to not having some of the brackets. I noticed he missed the bathroom window. I reached out to him, he came back a Few days later and mind you I already prepaid for the job on the very first day and he did not finish. He took my blinds to cut them and he has not been back since and it’s been over a week with no kitchen blinds. I reached out to him multiple times and he promised he would come back and finish the job and each time there was an excuse to why he couldn’t. I even told him just bring back my blinds and I can put them up myself and I didn’t even ask for a refund for the blind he didn’t put up. I have yet to get an update on my blinds. I’ve been really nice and patient and understanding with him. But this is enough. Having a big kitchen window that everyone can see through and he won’t drop of my blinds is beyond me. Very bad customer service and communication!! And I just also read he has someone else’s stuff that he has not returned! I waited to write this review giving him the benefit of the doubt again thinking that he would come back and drop off my blinds and nothing! Now it will cost me more money to re-buy my kitchen blinds
