HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Jason completed a project for my rental property that includes drywall replacement, painting, plumbing, electrical installation and other odds & ends. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a minimum $75 service charge. That will give you 2 hours. Anything over 2 hours will be charged at $45/hr unless we agree on a total amount rather than hourly rate. I also offer a daily rate of $300 for 8 hours of work.
