HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Jason completed a project for my rental property that includes drywall replacement, painting, plumbing, electrical installation and other odds & ends. Job took longer than planned but Jason did not ask for any additional compensation. Other than how long the job took every other part of working with Jason was great. Wired 14 new recessed lights, put in some outlets and added light switches.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a minimum $75 service charge. That will give you 2 hours. Anything over 2 hours will be charged at $45/hr unless we agree on a total amount rather than hourly rate. I also offer a daily rate of $300 for 8 hours of work.
