Shine texted that they were on their way and did a great job of cleaning out the gutter systems on our two story home. Our neighbor and I share an Oak Tree and the gutters on one portion of our home tend to get clogged from time to time especially with the recent summer thunderstorms. Would highly recommend and communication, quote and turn around time was seamless!

Wow these guys are very responsive and attentive via text messages which I absolutely love because sometimes I am too busy to talk. The last company I hired to clean my gutters left all of the debris in my newly laid mulch. Not Shine. Honestly if they had not called me when they arrived at my house I would not have known they were there. No debris. No damaged items. I highly recommend and I will be hiring them for more services this fall.

I hired Shine to clean the siding on my house and garage in addition to a section of my driveway with stamped concrete and a small wooden deck. I plan on selling my house soon, and those areas needed a good "shine" to impress potential buyers. Needless to say, Shine delivered beautifully! The siding, deck, and stamped concrete look better than new, and I couldn't be more pleased. The crew was very friendly and helpful as well. Great guys! Do yourself a favor and hire Shine. You won't regret it...

Team of three came out to the house in the morning and were done with our two story colonial plus a small second story deck in less than an hour. They were very professional and took care of all the problem areas I pointed out. I was worried about the cleaning solution harming the grass and landscape but have not had any problems at all. Brett answered all my questions and then emailed me an estimate. When I called back to schedule a cleaning he was able to fit me in with no problems. Will definitely be using them again in the future and recommending them to friends.

These two guys jake and jack were outstanding,,,knew what they were doing,,cleaned hard to get to window,,,I was impressed I see why they are called ( shine) because when they leave your windows shine,,almost as if they were smileing,,happy that all the crud is off of them,,great company! P

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price every house with the same formula, however, since there are so many differen't styles of homes, they all have different prices. Usually, if we have an address we can look the house up online and give a rough number. Or, we can do a quick walk around the house and in 5 minutes have an exact price for you!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we gather information to meet the customer needs. We then provide a quote to perform the work to meet those needs. Then we perform the work at the customers home or business and make sure they are 100 percent satisfied.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All Shine employees have ongoing training as do the managers. It is very important that we are up to date with our training to uphold our services and client expectations
