We hired Matt to install an exterior electrical outlet in our home. Turns out, Matt is a treasure to us as new homeowners in a new town! His responsiveness and communication through the entire process was above board. When he did the job, he did it in excellent time, with excellent quality and clean up. Before leaving, I asked when he might be available to fix a dresser drawer. He did it on the spot, in very little time, and with a smile. When we moved in, the movers popped up one of the metal guards on our basement stairs and we’ve been tripping on it since. Matt went up and down those stairs, saw a need, and fixed it without being asked. That’s who Matt is. The value of his work I feel, is unbeatable, as I research each job well and get several quotes. Money is always a concern as a hard-working family, and we’ve been scammed before, too. Matt put our minds at ease. Feel safe in his care, coming from a very satisfied customer who put their faith in him and was NOT disappointed.

I prefer to quote by hour instead of job due to so many unforeseen possible setbacks or hurdles. I'm not opposed to quote by build, but this thumbtack services makes it tricky to quote accurately.

Fully understanding the needs of the work done, to ensure the job can be completed in as little visits possible. I aim to keep all of my work to single day jobs.
