- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prefer to quote by hour instead of job due to so many unforeseen possible setbacks or hurdles. I'm not opposed to quote by build, but this thumbtack services makes it tricky to quote accurately.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Fully understanding the needs of the work done, to ensure the job can be completed in as little visits possible. I aim to keep all of my work to single day jobs.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a honey-do assistant for a disabled relative. I love to help.
