Cole brothers did a great job of working with us to understand what areas we needed to have repaired/remodeled. Their quote was fair and clear. Prompt morning starts were very much appreciated as both my wife and I had morning commutes. End of project things were cleared up well and we were very pleased. No reservations to hiring them again if needed.

Overall, Travis from Cole properties did a great job with our basement remodel. The basement was just a simple concrete space and he framed and dry-walled, painted and built walls for us creating a bedroom and family room in our basement. It went from a pretty cold ugly space to very warm and inviting rooms for my family. After the work was completed, we found a few items that we felt needed attention and Travis was out the next day to fix the issues. We are very happy with the work performed by Travis and team from Cole properties and plan to use them later in the year for additional work around the house.

We had a great experience with Travis at Cole Property Services. He came out quickly to give a fair quote and was able to return within 2 weeks to actually begin the job. Travis did a great job with the drywall and we would hire him again for future projects. We appreciated his punctuality and hard work - he hung all the drywall for our bathroom and had a first coat of mud on within 1 day of work! The entire project took less than a week, start to finish.

Travis and his brother worked very hard to get the job done. They went the extra mile to make sure things were matched up well and did a magnificent paint job in addition to repairing and replacing drywall.
