- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Different from other multimedia companies, we offer structure based pricing, which breaks down everything we offer, and allows you to add and subtract things from your proposal, so you to only pay for what you NEED.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new client comes in, we like to have a consultation meeting with the dedicated project manager, in order to get to know our client, see what ideas they have in mind, and see if we are the best fit for the job. After that, we write a proposal with a base rate, along with add-on options to best suit their needs. Following that, we write a contract and begin pre production/production/post production, and deliver the final product. Once the final project has been delivered, we will continuously follow up and measure stats to ensure the content we create is performing the way the client intended.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our digital media content specialists have a wide range of skills and backgrounds. From our project managers, creative directors, DP’s, gaffers, editors, to even our graphic designers have the skills and experience necessary to ensure they meet the high standards of the Prime Edge Media brand, to ensure our clients get the same amazing quality of work every time.
